Most of the workers are great and super helpful, aside from an older gentleman who seems to never be interested and is not the kindest. Very big difference between him and the rest of the staff but overall a good place

Exceptional customer service! From the moment I stepped into the smoke shop, I was greeted warmly by knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect products. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made for a truly enjoyable shopping experience. Highly recommend!

From day 1 felt very comfortable at the shop, especially being a first-timer and not knowing much of anything about the product. Vibe was warm and friendly, Semih is full of knowledge and truly understands good customer service. Working in retail myself, it irks me when stores give bad service and that’s never been the case here. I drive past maybe 5-10 shops to get there.. Been back multiple times, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Went in here for the first time since moving to the area a few months ago. The shop is clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced. The gentleman Derek, who helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back.

The best vape shop around! The staff is knowledgable and so helpful. The tell the truth about their products, not just what you want to hear. They never hound or pressure you just to make an extra buck. They also always have fully stocked inventory available so you will never waste your time going in for your favorite liquid. Personally I used to drive from 3 towns over to go there but with their new mount Sinai location I'm only a few minutes away!
