One of the employees here sold me a broken torch. I came right back to return it and he accused me of dropping it. I had good experiences with other employees, so 2 stars.

I have been coming to the Smithtown for quite some time now to purchase vapes for myself and my family members. I also go to the East Setauket store, which is where I work. Last week I came in to purchase a vape. I clearly stated that I wanted an air bar. The vape that I was given to me was not the correct one. It wasn't even the right brand. I immediately brought it back to the store, which is only two blocks from my home. I was told by the employee that the next time I come back to the store for that particular vape, he would swap it out for me as defective and give me the correct one. When I went to the store, a few days later, the owner was there. He was very rude and basically called me a liar, and told me that the employee said nothing to him about this, and that that employee was out of the country for two months. He gave me a five dollar discount on the vape. He thinks that this is sufficient when I spend several hundred dollars in his two stores a month. I think it is very poor customer service. He was completely willing to lose me as a customer over $13. He claimed there was nothing he could do even though he owns the store. Hope he's happy losing me and all my family members as customers. Nice trade for several hundred dollars opposed to $13 to make his employee's mistake, right.

I purchased montecrisco white series last week I wonder if they counterfeit? Taste was horrible & leaves were two different colors
