Quoted different prices for the same items over several visits. A sale was later refused when I questioned the price fluctuations. I returned to apologize and try to continue shopping, but the owner again refused service. I felt this was unjustified and advocated for the sale; the owner then came around the counter, screamed at me, made physical contact (I did not engage), and locked me in the store using a button under the counter while I was dialing the police. I was only released after the dispatcher instructed him to unlock the door. When authorities arrived, the details he provided were inconsistent with what actually occurred, despite the incident being documented. The store also appeared understocked during my visits, with many empty shelves, a mostly empty lottery case, and unused coolers. I will not be returning.

Top notch selection of Arizona's, bigger beer selection than 7-Eleven, and they can meet all of your tobacco paraphernalia needs. One stop shop.

Amazing shop, great Arizona variety.

I like coming to the Smoke Shop, always friendly and helpful!
