UPDATE REVIEW - came here last night and there were so many guys in there hanging out, made me feel so uncomfortable as a woman going in, they were obviously friends of the young kids working there. i bought a lighter and i realized on my way home that not only was the safety lock removed but the lighter was half empty already. didn’t even want to go back. I had to even weigh my stuff now because i do not trust the people behind the counters. I very much appreciated when this place didn’t turn into the workers personal hang out spot. I also haven’t seen the female workers here and wish to have them there as they make going to the store more comfortable and it’s always so chill when they’re working. The young men working there needs to be aware of the conversations - people can hear you and it’s just tacky… no one needs to hear your bad encounter with a customer or how you tried to fight a customer. - i came here a few weeks ago and purchased these chocolate bars (mushrooms) and the owner and this kid straight up told us that it was real and lied to us. we tried it out and so did a couple of our friends and it was clear that these were fake chocolate bars and were just regular chocolate. when i came back in a few days after, a man told us those were fake so he confirmed it with us. the owner was the one who sold us this item too. also, i dont like how every time i go here, the cartridges are sold at different pricing - it's like whoever you get you better hope they give you a good/cheaper price because they just make up any prices here. i dont know if i will be coming here as often now. i do not like dishonesty and to be treated like i am a "newbie" or not knowledgeable in these products

excellent, helpful service! The staff are always very friendly whenever I stop in. Knowledgeable about the products. Always very clean, well lit, easy to see the merchandise. Also well organized! Glad to finally have a shop like this in Camillus! Would recommend!

This has been our go to smoke shop since we moved here about 4 months ago. Everyone that works there is always so friendly, especially Nancy. She's very sweet and always helpful. Good selection of glass, paper, vape, hookah, and flower. If you haven't hit up Nice Mood yet, you should check it out

They are very professional people. They are very well organized compared to the rest of these other smoke shops. I definitely recommend everyone who is looks for new hookah supplies, glass, hyde's, wraps to definitely check them out anytime anyday.. definitely will give them 10 stars is it was possible..

The Men who were stocking, maybe owners literally ignored me entirely, as well as the younger women behind the counter. The one guy was very loud on the phone. His business account was declining and he was perturbed. I get it, but maybe that is a conversation for a back office space? I looked around and decided not to purchase anything from there honestly again. I do quite a few reviews and I was utterly disappointed in my experience there. I will not be going there in the future. Right down the road is the Camillus Smoke shop and they are amazing. So, yeah nope!
