I first discovered this store when I was visiting upstate New York. I was greeted by Autumn who is outgoing and super friendly. She’s also very knowledgeable about the products available. I live in Hawaii and was surprised to hear that they deliver anywhere. I have placed several orders with them and they always get my order right and I’m amazed at how quickly they deliver. You may have choices in the greater Rochester area, but think you’d have a hard time finding anyplace better. Highly recommend, thanks again Autumn for outstanding customer service. Mahalo🏝️

Ordered online and was wary because the price was so low. My item came within 3 days of ordering. The guy was super nice on the phone. 10/10.

Yes. Come here. They rock. They'll treat you like a friend. Great reward program too!

Had an Excellent experience earlier today, with whom I believe to have been with the owner: he provided an extremely helpful and low-cost alternative to the vaping device I had been formerly using. Not only is this option cheaper but provides a much more efficient vape delivery system compared to my previous method, greatly enhancing my overall experience. I'm extremely pleased to have made the decision to stop in today - and WILL be returning for all my needs in the future. Thank you, Sir!

I had a great experience. I get very anxious going into new stores. The worker, Zach, was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. What a great person!!!!
