Go there all the time always impeccable service. Was there today to buy a nic vape not only was it a great suggestion but they even showed me how to load it and use it. Went way above and beyond. Bought a THC vape the other day I left discovered it didn't work I went back and they replaced it no problem once I showed him it didn't work. I'm never dissatisfied with product or service Zach is awesome I deal with him the most.

Went in there for the first time and asked about prices for some of their kratom products and after I was told the prices the worker comments "well ya, if you like heroin that's the way to go" which i not only found to be very judgemental but just plain stupid if you want to sell products. People take kratom for all sorts of reasons and if you know anything about science you know its not heroin. In some cases it actually helps addicts get off of heroin. Either way, wont ever feel comfortable going in there and asking about any of their products again because I dont like to shop at places that are going to judge me for asking about a product THEY sell. Overpriced anyways.

Been to elab several times and no matter who is working the vibes are immaculate. Most welcoming staff I’ve ever experienced and always look forward to coming back just for the customer service. 10/10 energy
