Great smoke shop, I go here every week to get my vapes. Fantastic price, I pay $10 less for my vape than the other places. The owner is super nice and knows her stuff. Also have gotten a couple pieces from here, glass and silicone. They were really nice too. Would advise everyone to come shop here for your smoking supplies and paraphernalia.

Great customer service. I was visiting from out of the country and they were very respectful and knowledgeable. Also very good pricing compared to other stores in the area.

Great experience!!! Being from Florida and had a hard time finding a low dose nicotine e-cigarette in Rochester! So glad I found this place! Very knowledgeable and affordable for EXACTLY what I wanted! Thank you!!!!

Best shop in town. Affordable great prices!! The owners are amazing very helpful and nice!! Recommend going!!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for just about a year now. It never occurred to me until reading these reviews that the two sales associates were a married couple but it makes perfect sense! You are both so friendly and helpful. Jay has helped me to repair my tank, and gave me a refresher course on priming it when I first returned to the area and had forgotten how to do it. You guys always order out to your supplier to make sure I have my bottles of 12! Whether I come to the store by myself on Wednesday's or go with my girl on the weekends, we are always greeted like family and feel at ease. The store is stocked with a wide variety of products, and the owners are more than happy to accommodate special requests through their supply chain. This is hands down the best vapor and smoke shop in the area! Both my girlfriend and myself are happy, loyal customers, and we are certain you will be too! Once you stop in to Empire Smoke & Vape, you'll never go anywhere else.
