There is no place in WNY I would go to other than Smokers Haven for my pipe and cigar needs. All three generations of owners are more than accommodating and make sure to make you feel welcome. Their hand blended pipe tobacco is absolutely the best and their recommendations are always spot on. The hand carved pipe is my main go to in my collection. Their price are very good and selection is outstanding. Make this your destination for all of your smoking needs. They will also ship to you if you cannot make it in, but the wonderful aroma of this place is worth the trip.

This place has the best selection of tobacco pipes and pipe tobacco I've come across! The owner Brian and Ken are very knowledgeable and were great to talk to. I recommend visiting this place when you have at least an hour to look at everything.

This local gem offers some amazing blends at reasonable prices. The store has 2 friendly, easygoing dogs that brightened my experience. The owner and son team were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find us the perfect blend. I highly recommend this establishment.

I always love stopping here. I am Canadian. Whenever I cross the border for a US vacation, I stop here. Pipe tobacco is 1/3 the price than in Canada. I don't know his name but the one staff member always remembers me. See you again!

Wow! As soon as you walk in you know this is the place! It smells way better than the pictures lol. Absolutely fantastic place. We're lucky to still have places like this around. Wish we had places like this in canada! Well worth the trip.
