I wasn't sure if I was going to stay when the new management took over but I'm glad I did. They are so nice and super helpful. Great selection and good prices. They even give me a bargain once in a while which I really appreciate.

Went in earlier today with some questions and an issue I had. The young man working was absolutely awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough assisting me and fixing the issue. We had a great conversation about lots of things. Normally I see Louis at the store but the new guy was great. Wet tapes you have a hell of an employee!! Sorry didn't get his name.

Great staff, very knowledgeable & hands down good people . Recommend this place highly 🍻

Great experience at VIP Vape! Moe was super informative and helpful. The shop is bright, organized, and very clean — highly recommend!

Every time I go to the store Nick is working. He is phenomenal; he is super knowledgeable about all of the products and is really concerned that the customer walks away happy. It's a real pleasure to go there.
