This place is great. And they're local. I buy the old version of Percival's Plunder. It has a very mild flavor, no aftertaste, and virtually no odor. I get my nicotine without smelling up my car or home and when I buy in bulk they cut me a deal.

The gentleman that help me was very polite and kind. If you're looking for thousands of selections this isn't the place, BUT if you're looking for quality liquids, I would highly recommend.
