Update: tonight I came in for the first time in a while deciding to give it another chance. I came in with the money to get a certain item which they were out of. I asked if I could get one that was a three dollar difference but was closest to the one I came in for and needed something to last me a while. The guy would not even give me a discount of three dollars!!! THIS is why you see me once a month as opposed to practically once a day now! My review has now gone from 5 stars to 3 to 1! This used to be my go to spot for everything and I recommended it to everyone! But ever since the new guysstarted working the counter, it's become just another hole in the wall vape shop. No customer service skills, no appreciation for longtime customers, no product knowledge and at times rude! This very much saddens me to see such an incredible business suffer because of one employee! As much as I hate to do it, after being a dedicated customer for over a year, believe I'll start taking my business elsewhere.

I would've loved to give you money for vape juice today. Unfortunately when I called three times over the course of 60 minutes no one picked up the phone, so I was unable to verify if you had any juice I wanted.I find It's very helpful if you pick up the phone when running a business. I know a lot of the younger generation doesn't like to make phone calls, but if you want people's money it usually helps if you can tell them what you have to sell.
