I have a lot of respect for this company/store, & the man who is typically there running the show!! As a return customer, I can confidently say that he looks out for and cares about his customers!! I just purchased an expensive product and after I left, I realized that it was missing some items. Instead of telling me that I was out of luck and should’ve checked before leaving the store, he looked out for me and made sure that I walked out with a smile on my face!! And with the reminder to make sure everything is there before leaving!! All of the products that I have purchased from this location have been of great quality, And the prices are affordable and respectful to the customer!! If you are in search of a reliable, good quality, tobacco store with great customer service…this is the place to go!

This is the best vape shop in Asheville! Amazing selection, restocks every week, low prices. Great location, products are 100% authentic, customer service is consistently excellent, super fast in & out. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this shop.

This spot is like a hidden JEM with Tons of selection packed into such a tiny store. They literally have the best prices especially when it comes to torch lighters etc. I’ve never had a bad experience or purchase. When I get a torch at any other smoke shop it always burns out or is a dud! I always stop here period. Joseph who I think is the owner Is extremely helpful and nice. Makes you feel very welcome 🙏

Great selection of nicotine vapes and very good prices! Friendly service as well.

I love this store and have made it my vape go to store. . The owner has helped me decide on some good flavors and I just like the personal service I get every single time I visit .
