I don't usually go to this shop, but was on the West side and stopped in. I bought a package of Danish Export (tobacco) and was charged $21. When I questioned the price, I was told "tobacco has gone up in price". I called my local tobacco shop on the East side and it was $13.90. So I went back to the store to try to return it or at least have them match the price, but the employees couldn't help me. I asked when the manager would be back, was told the wrong time the next day, so showed up without him being there. So I went BACK (3rd time) today and finally met Sabatian, the manager. He told me the Danish Export was indeed mispriced and sells for $14-something. I asked if he could give me a refund or meet the $13.90, AND HE COULDN'T. Seriously? You misprice a product, then I can't get a refund?? The silver lining is that Sabastian was a super nice guy, and I'm really glad I got to talk with him. We had some things in common and were able to connect about them. There were some marked-down THC drinks on the counter for $1 each if I purchased something. I spent another $5 and got 5 cans, and Sabatian gave me 2 for free. I didn't like the way any of this was handled, and I won't be going back to The Plug ever again. But I guess $26 for some DE and 7 THC drinks isn't TERRIBLE. But still... that was dumb.

if you enjoy being gaslit by bros, this is your shop! no but seriously go to any other smoke shop. During my visit, Kevin (a cashier) looked me dead in the eyes like he would strike me. See the photo. The way he spoke to me wasn’t any better, as if I was someone he wanted to personally attack. I commented honestly that I didn’t like how the he was talking to me. He banned me. I was there for less than five minutes. I went to the store manager Dawson on a different day to talk to him. He was dismissive and defended that Kevin the cashier not talk to the customers he’s checking out. He also remarked that “it’s not that deep” to me demanding he keep people and his customers feel respected and safe. Classic way to deny any persons feelings and needs. I responded, “it is that deep.” For an interaction to go sideways in a few minutes all because a woman made a comment reveals fragile egos underneath. The manager didn’t care and neither do I to offer any more money to this place. I told him I was disappointed in him and he said, “life’s not fair” and “sorry this interaction didn’t go the way you expected.” Thank you for helping me find community-oriented people to turn to for flower! 😍 I will direct all my friends elsewhere happily.

Preston was super chill and helpful in helping me find what I need. Nice to go to a vape shop where the staff are really friendly and open to help. I’m definitely coming back to these shops!

Probably one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve had at a smoke shop. Someone told me to go here to look at some of the glass. So I was looking at some glass and asked if they knew weather if was a 14 or a 16. (Like I could tell but sometimes they have them organized to make it easier) And I was met with “oh I have no idea” then the other man working in there came by and randomly butted in and said “they’re all horrible throw them away all of them all bad” that made me really uncomfortable and I didn’t know what to do. So I left. I don’t recommend going here. The people seem like they have no idea what they are doing. (Not worth the glass or the price)

Right in my neighborhood. Had very nice experiences with the folks that work there. Any bad posts I think you brought that energy with you. I've never tried the drive thru but hope to soon.👍
