The Plug Smoke Shop is hands down one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever been to. The selection here is absolutely insane—whether you’re looking for glass pieces, vapes, papers, or anything in between, they’ve got it. Everything is super organized and clean, and they carry both premium brands and more affordable options, which is perfect depending on what you’re looking for. You can tell they’ve put thought into curating a wide variety of products without it feeling overwhelming. What really makes The Plug stand out, though, is the people. The staff is next-level friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cool to talk to. They don’t rush you, they don’t try to upsell you—just honest recommendations and great service. I had a few questions about some products and they took the time to walk me through different options without any pressure. You don’t get that kind of experience at most shops. I bought a grinder and it got stuck after the first use of grinding up flower. I am quite disappointed. I tried to call the shop twice this morning to see if I might be able to get a refund for the grinder and I got no answer and no voicemail box. I honestly had an uncomfortable time at the plug buying the grinder in the first place because of my social anxiety and not liking how the social norm for sarcasm is bullying each other. I won’t be back to this location which is sad because I really had a pleasant experience at the candler Plug

Very good place. Staff is amazing and super friendly. Prices are a little elevated on some things, but it's still worth it.
