Everyfime I come in he is always there on time. Which I like. And he will answer any questions you have about products you need. He has the best costumer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to be happy as soon as they walk out the door. He's a very nice man and also his employees.

Tunnel Tobacco & Vape has a great selection to choose from and the prices are really good too. I also appreciate how clean and organized the shop is. Saddek does such a nice job in setting up the space, making it easier to find what you’re looking for without any hassle. Super convenient!

Excellent service and an amazing variety of products. This shop is kind.

The customer service is outstanding and they carry a wide variety of products. I love this place!

Very friendly and accommodating; we arrived at 3 minutes to closing and the cashier was friendly, patient and helpful.
