This is my go-to tobacco store, and honestly, the customer service here is hard to beat. The girls are always friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They remember what I usually get, and they’re always happy to help with recommendations or answer questions when I’m looking for something different. I come here for pretty much everything I need, and the customer service really can’t compare to the other stores around here. This is definitely my go-to spot, and I highly recommend it!

Nope and let me tell you why. This used to be the only place I went to until I discovered I could get my vapes much cheaper at a store across town. But since it is closer to my home, I went there recently and said I’ll try the vape I just purchased before I leave to make sure it works. I quickly took a tiny puff and it did work. So I leave and when I get home, the kids qq vape starts fritzing out like crazy. I worked with it a little while (turning it off for a while and then back on and cycling it to Pulse and back) until it finally stopped with the lights fritzing out and continuing to blow vapor out. The two following days, the vape would continuously blow out on inhale and continue doing so. My husband took it to exchange on the third day (purchased on Friday night near closing time and taken back on Monday after lunch) and was told they cannot exchange it and the best they can do is let him buy another one for a reduced price of $12!!! So this is what my humble husband does! I’ve never had to replace a vape. But I will never go back to this store and I hope the owners hear me loud and clear! I hope others do too. Not only did I pay $3 more for this vape than I would have if I’d driven to my now regular place one mile down the road further but had to pay an additional $12 to get one that functions correctly! This is a small disposable Geek Bar Pulse Vape and was $21 and some change. I can get it across town for $18 out the door. I just feel this is unfair as I have never tried to return or exchange any vapes before and never had one do this! I feel that my husband was taken advantage of because of his kind nature and I’m sure if I would’ve went in there, they would’ve told me, “No” too.
