By far the best smoke shop in Boone and I’ve lived here for 7+ years. I’ve been shopping here since 2022 and never fail to have a phenomenal experience! They have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of anywhere in town. Specifically, the girl with cherry red hair and bangs needs a raise, she is so sweet and helpful and always upsells me with new stuff to try! The manager is great as well, I bought a cart that was leaky and defective but well outside their return policy and he replaced it for free no questions asked. They also have the best sales and quality glass!! I will always rec comment smoke rings :)

I am a frequent customer. Today o went and ask for a recommendation for best dabs the guy was extremely nice but the dabs he recommended based off the fact that I like the thca the best are 78% delta 8. I feel very little effect off of them. It's the first time that I got something I wasn't extremely satisfied with but for almost 40 bucks this really is a let down.

On top of the stores excellent selection and lay out, the person working the Counter (Mary) was personable and very informative! I also saw them juggle a multitude of customers on their own on their way out. Thanks for the Excellent experience!

Smoke Rings was recently running a deal were if you bought two Hyde 4500 puff rechargeable vapes you also get a 2500 puff Hyde for free. The only reason i decided to go through with the purchase was because i was getting another vape for free. Great deal right? Wrong. I essentially paid full price for both vapes and recieved a “free” vape that’s juice looked like old maple syrup and the juice tasted disgusting and burnt. When returning to smoke rings to see if i could exchange the vape I was told by the young man working the front “sorry that’s why they were free” and when beginning to feel frustrated by the lack of help I started asking questions about the initial deal and was told off again by the young man saying “ you got your free vape bro, get out!” This young man should re-evaluate if he wants to continue working in a customer service profession. I’ve never had an issue before with Smoke Rings but now after this experience i would advise using caution when purchasing from them or to take your business elsewhere.
