I get weird vibes any time I go in- the employees look miserable, they are not friendly at all, and make me feel like it’s a problem when I ask them to do something like check a price for me . Unfortunately it’s not just one employee I have had pretty similar experiences with all of them. I feel very unwelcome. I used to go regularly (only because it’s REALLY close to my house- now I usually drive 15 minutes to another store which sucks) and when they ran out of a product I bought pretty much every day I asked if they were going to get more and the girl working said she did not know that she would have to ask, a few days later I saw her and asked if she’d found out if they were going to be able to get more and she said she hadn’t asked yet. I came in a few more times after that but did not ask again because it seemed to be a bother when I had asked before…I have been going to another store as I mentioned but I was short on time and went by today- it’s been months now since I asked and the product never came in. I know it’s available because pretty much every other smoke shop carries it. definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

1 star. Let me say why. I come in almost every other week now used to be weekly with my mother we try to be frequent customers which will be no more as this is NOT the first time. Usually we come in for the gummies that we do love, always a different selection. The gummies are not the problem it’s the attitudes of employees alongside the manager that enables them. When I asked about new gummies I was met with belittlement talked to as if I was a toddler by the manager Out righteously rude attitudes with smirks and eye rolls from other employees If you’d rather not be treated like your dumb don’t even bother asking about the new products they love advertising but hate telling you about. I’ll tell you discounts won’t do much when your met with attitude by the way!

Came here a few times but this will def be the last tried to call before I got there 1 min after weird guy at the register didn’t answer an said I couldn’t come in that’s bad business I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying that their going out of business anyway

Was exited for the 4/20 sale this year as last year's was so fantastic sadly this year's was a SCAM IMO the flyer was very misleading stating very clearly on the flyer that there would be a storewide 20% sale only to find out that only some of the products where actually discounted for example the flower brand with the most selection and the best price was magically not included in this STOREWIDE 20% OFF sale also they advertised free goodie bags only to get into the store and told they are only included with a 50 dollar purchase and of course this was not on the flyer or mentioned by any employees leading up to 4/20 last year's felt like a customer appreciation event this felt like another tactic by a corporate manager to get you to spend more with the illusion of caring about your business.

Great selection and prices on cannabinoid vapes and various forms of kratom. The only thing better than the selection was the service of the helpful young gentleman working last night around 10 p.m. He made the experience easy and fun; definitely will be returning soon.
