Very knowledgeable staff , recommend this shop for all your needs

Stopped for a vape, the staff greeted me when I walked through the door. Everyone was nice and helpful with what I needed. Next time I'm that way, I will be stopping again!

I stopped by on Friday looking for a vape. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Will. Will was amazing at finding out what I was looking for by asking a few questions. I had such a great experience here with Will, that I called my friend to tell her how awesome the shop is.

I've been to a lot of smoke shops in the 15 years I've been using and addicted to nicotine, plenty outside of the USA, and countless more throughout many of the states scattered across this great land. The gentleman I met today at this smoke shop, he goes by Dustin, is now my favorite smoke shop customer assistant of all time. Hands down, no cap (I shudder using this word), hain't lying. Not only did he know about the products for sale in his shop, he was very kind, genuinely friendly, made great conversation, and I felt as if I'd been shopping there for years. Excellent tier one customer service, coming from someone with a decade of bicycle sales experience. I will certainly only shop at Smoke Rings going forward, and I will tell anyone who asks that y'all are the best shop in Burlington. I hope Dustin is being well compensated, he deserves every penny he's paid and then some. Thanks brother, I appreciate you. Ty M
