No matter who I end up dealing with up there they are very friendly. Yes I pay $20 for a foger refill BUT its worth it, and the drive from reidsville to deal with friendly people. Most vape shops dont have friendly people they rush you out and dont want to talk or tell you about the product. So this place is highly recommended if you want to deal with nice people, and they also have a drive thru which is helpful if you have a lot of kids so they wont have to go in the store with you. Love this store!

Great customer service, when I walk in the store always has that ‘smoke shop smell’ but they burn incense so it’s sweet and aromatic! The two Arabic guys that are always there are super kind and knowledgeable of their products, and the ladies who work there are all friendly and knowledgeable as well. Wouldn’t recommend any other smoke shop better than this one in Burlington!

My hubby & I have been going to this Vape store going on two yrs. They are very helpful and quick in serving you with a smile and no attitude. It's in the same lil mini mall as my job. I like this store. I gave five stars cause that is the greatness they show their customers. 😆

They don’t open at 830 website lies

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would without a doubt. They are super helpful. I bypass numerous vape stores on my way to this one because I will ONLY do business with them. If they don't have something you want in stock they make it a priority to order it so that when you come back they have it. I could go on and on about how much I love this store, or you can just go see for yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
