Super clean store, great stock, and really nice staff. Also rewards system!! Love it

I really like this vape shop. Almost always have what im looking for and I highly recommend checking them out.

Nice and friendly shopping experience. Pretty good customer service.. Although their inventory can be undesirable. They seem to struggle with keeping the products I like, or in general. The prices are fair. Good shipping even with the inventory issues. Willing to order what you want.

Tru Cloud is one of the best vape shops (emporiums, really😊) that Burlington, NC has to offer. Besides having an emporium worthy selection, the products are well researched and marketed by knowledgeable staff who are well versed on many things by way of alternative and holistic health methods. The customer’s feedback is valued, and I feel valued when I’m there. The atmosphere with Zach and J is inviting and unassuming. I know that they care about my concerns as much as I am interested in voicing them for feedback and validation. I have never been disappointed in my experience here and have always left in a better place than when I came in…..I recommend this experience to anyone who would benefit from exposure to human kindness alone!!!
