Six people working and I had the worst service i've ever had. Ive been coming to this store for over a year and have noticed a huge difference in personality over the last few months. I will not come back. Id advise people to look into ordering from online sources. Its cheaper, safer, and less hassle then a disrespectful employee. Like i just dealt with. I heard from the employee after he disrespected me that another employee got a gun pulled on him for doing the same. Beware of criminal activities.

Went in for some supplies and everybody there was in a great mood and excited to help. The staff was informative and knew all there is to know about the products in their store. Much better experience than the Cigarette Depot up the street. It's nice to have some of these things out in Candler because there isn't much out there and I don't always feel like driving into town. Highly recommend going in here if you need some "supplies"

I’ve went to this shop last week for the first time and had a great experience! The employee was friendly, professional, and even kind to my daughter. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. I’m a single mom and have my 5-year-old with me all the time. When I walked in, the employee immediately looked at me with clear judgment and told me, in a very rude and dismissive tone, that no one under 18 is allowed inside. It wasn’t what he said but how he said it. The attitude and lack of basic respect were unnecessary. I understand businesses can have policies, but the inconsistency is confusing, especially since I was just there recently with no issue. It’s also frustrating as a parent, people bring their kids into stores where age restricted items are sold all the time. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just basic courtesy. I came back to this store because of how much I enjoyed their product , but customer service matters and apparently I won’t ever be able to visit this store again because I have my daughter with me all the time when I’m not working. This experience was absolutely terrible.

If you need something close to midnight avoid this store… I arrived at 11:45PM And the doors were locked. The employee inside refused to look me in the eye when I pointed towards the hours displayed on the door.

Nice place to buy all your smoke needs everyone is friendly and they are open lake. Really nice place!
