I had a great experience and I always go back to shop from this place. First time when I went i don't know how my wallet didn't work and ....I just had...I don't even remember....I believe a little bit more than half of the amount of the money that I had to pay. The gentleman was incredible. He said that if I want later on to pass by to pay the difference ok....but....neither one second he didn't hesitate to offer me. I have told you this little story first: good customer service and how to gain your clients trust and to highlight that good people that are not afraid that "maybe" loosing 10 usd will become poor. They make up prices. I bought game cigarellos that say 2 for $1.29. Tell my why I was charged 2 for $1.34? You don't know? I asked the guy behind the counter he said that's how it is on the system and don't know either.

They always let me exchange my vapes when I have defective one. Always good smoke shop good customer service.
