This is a great place to buy vape supplies and CBD and THC products. The owner is very knowledgeable about the products he sells unlike most vape shops you visit. He is very helpful and is always happy to answer any questions you have. If you're looking to try something new and want as much info first before buying this is the place to go! I have found his pricing is also the most competitive around.

I've been coming to this vape shop for so long, I couldn't tell how long it's been. At first, I LOVED it. It was convenient and they had a rewards program. Their main employee, Abdul, was so kind. He was there every day I visited. Exceptional customer service! He's the main reason I kept coming back. After months of absolutely adoring this place, a new round of employees were hired. One of them gave me a new rewards card that was blue - I didn't think anything of it. The ones I was used to getting were golden colored. I just thought they were new cards, no big deal. I came in yesterday to redeem my card and the very same employee that have it to me told me she wouldn't accept it. When I asked her why, she said that specific card was from another location and I had to drive to the other store to redeem it. I told her she gave it to me 5 days prior and she shrugged and said she wouldn't accept it. I visit this location twice a week and she wouldn't even correct her own mistake or apologize for it. I work in customer service, I'm not demanding anything over the top - just a solution to their mistake. I've recently discovered Abdul is no longer working for that company and it's a shame, because he turned that store around and none of the new employees can give a fraction of his customer service. They don't even greet you when you walk through the door. I'm not going there anymore. Abdul would ask me how I was doing and even remembered previous conversations we've shared. He always walked me to the door as I left. Such a sweet guy. Idk what went down, but Vape World lost a exceptional employee AND a frequent customer.

Was very hesitant after hearing this place was a sister store to one I had a terrible experience at….. BUT the team here is great! Extremely helpful, some pretty great deals if you chat with them a bit. Normally my main vape shop is down the street on Harrison by bass pro, but I’ll be making a change and frequenting this one much more going forward. Think guy I dealt with is named Rob ( not positive on that) but real nice and helpful. Definitely looked out and hooked me up. Not one to do the whole review thing much, but felt this one was well deserved!

If you live in Cary and you’re going to any smoke shop that’s not this one. You’re cheating yourself! I love trying new spots out and I never thought I’d switch vape shops until I walked into Vape World! First of all the organization in this store is unmatched. Everything clearly visible and with prices on it incase you’re to shy to ask. My boyfriend and I were greeted by Abdul with a great big smile and right there I knew we were gonna get some good service! Not only was he extremely polite but he was very helpful in choosing our item and gave us a recommendation which really stood out because some of these shops clearly want you in and out. But not Abdul! He chatted with us and sent us on our way with a smile and great product. I highly recommend visiting him and this Vape World but don’t just take my word for it, take a trip :)

Prejudiced. They are the only shop tht has my vape and I won't go back. I'd literally rather go without. The girl that works in there is the 1. Watch yourself.
