Come to this hookah lounge EVERY weekend after work. Mind you I’m a bartender so I love everything the staff do for me including Tony, Gabby and whoever else. Well unfortunately tonight I was introduced by a guy who introduced himself as one of the owners. As an AA female muse of the staff? I introduced myself. Unfortunately on my way out he was VERY rude. Disregarded the fact that we were regulars and turns our that he was a normal just like we were 🥴🤣 I fully believe that he had part share in the compamny but I also believe that no one cared about his opinion. I’ll Never go here again !!!!!. Been working in night and in light for 10 years and can’t wait to promote others. Lamooo. Good riddance

It would have been more efficient to put a $100 through a shredder. Atleast that way we only waste money and not our time. Owner and manager awful. Owner was rude to my friend regarding the cover fee, considering place was empty. I told them my hookah was bad(not properly cleaned) and the he tried to gaslight me into thinking it was just me. We left immediately

Was actually looking for a family style hookah place. The music was too loud. Hookah and service was good and the server was nice.

Rude and Racist. Racist & RUDE. They just want your money no type of customer service. Arrived and was sat by a guy smoking hookah in the corner. The waiter promptly came over we weren’t ready and told him give us a minute. Another guy came within literally 2 minutes if not less as we’re still discussing what to order, he is standing over us which was very awkward, inconsiderate, & rude. I ordered water to get time to finalize what we’re going do decide on. He never left he still just stood there. Now we’re uncomfortable and asking if everyone just wants to go & he interjects "you can’t just sit here” and that finalized we will DEFINITELY not be spending money here. This entire interaction happened within 5mins. Any money you spend here will be a waste.

Went inside, 40% occupancy but they want $20 per person cover. You can only pay cash for cover. $3 ATM fee. Got hookah. Hookah was not cleaned properly prior, tasted absolutely terrible. Called manager over. He basically gaslit us and folded his hands together and walked away smiling. We spent $90 and they couldn’t spend $4 to give us a new clean hookah? We left immediately after being there for 10 minutes. The waitress was nice at least. If you’re looking for a hookah place with a nice vibe, this is not it.
