Terrible customer service. Employees will laugh at you. They owe me money. I don't recommend anyone going there. Happy smokers or smoke town is a better choice

Kept hanging up on me and not caring . I was just asking if they carry a brand . Rude

Wonderful workers love the attitudes and people

I love this store because of its convenience for me. The store is clean. The public buses #2, #8, and #32 stop right in front of Freedom Smoke Shop. The one employee I buy from often, is very nice to me. They always have what I want at a cheaper price. The store is old, but very clean, well organized, and because I'm short and cant reach the item I need, on the top shelf, hes always nice about climbing up there as well. I shop here once a week because it's a good place for supplies or cartons of smokes... it's a smoke shop. I'll give them 5 stars because I've never had any negative issues.
