Went and bought a geek bar pulse got it out the box and it was hitting on its own and had the plastic piece was loose and broke and it also tasted burnt, never left the store and went back inside to trade it for a different one since it was broke and not working properly and he argued with me, I didn’t think it was a big deal especially since it’s only $20 dollars and all I asked was to replace it but I guess they need the money more then good customer service, I wouldn’t trust buying a water from this place much less a vape so save your money and go to house of clouds they got me hooked up and even gave me a free vape to fix what this location couldn’t. Save your money and buy actual working vape from house of clouds I see them putting this place out of business very soon

Customer service is excellent. Also the cleanest store spacious and largest selection in a vape shop I've seen in Charlotte.
