Great Customer Service and Welcoming Vibe! As someone who knows NOTHING about cigars, I walked in to the shop and explained that I needed to buy a birthday gift for my cousin. They were more than happy to help me out, and so I showed several pics of my cousin enjoying cigars. Just by looking at what he was smoking in the different photos, they helped me find a few cigars they thought he would enjoy. 30 minutes later, I walked out with a fantastic gift (including a box), within my budget. Everyone behind the counter is always pleasant, polite, and helpful. The service is great and they always have what I'm looking for. There is a great selection of cigars; I like to buy one for my husband from time to time and he always enjoys them. Really the only thing I have to criticise is the inconsistency of the hours. They are supposed to open at 9:00 but I often have to wait past that time for someone to show up and open the store. I've waited until as late as 9:15.
