Worst smoke shop around. The place smells awful, the owner is rude, and the customer service is terrible. Prices are way higher than every other store nearby for the same stuff. Save your money and go somewhere else

Very friendly staff!!!! I was trying to find terea for my iQOs and they are very informative and spent time educating me on what’s on here in Charlotte! Will definitely be back! Thank you for being accommodating, great customer service .

Store owner was rude and condescending. Yells at recurring customers and makes sure other customers are around to hear his tirade. Needs to learn some respect. Wife and I are never going back there again.

Sign on the window says "Close at 7pm." We were there at 6:13 PM & doors were locked with lights off. Two cars were leaving when we pulled up. Five people tried to get in before we even pulled out of the parking lot. Boy, did your business miss a lot of $ today.

The service is good, they are friendly. l have never had any bad experience, at Smokers Depot. I have shopped there for many years.
