Friends and I traveled from VA. Stopped by Tailored Smoke and had a mind blowing experience!!! The staff greeted us and provided us with a phenomenal experience from the time we walked through the door until we left. Had so much fun we chose to go there two additional days while we were in town. They provided premium top of the line cigars and the cocktails were really good. Will definitely be back.

Updated review: I went back in there last Friday and I do have to say the customer service I gotten was top notch. Thank you Stella for making feel welcome since I came in until I left the long! The bartenders (Coco & J) behind the bar WOW they did they thing! I got drinks both of them and does drinks didn't miss a beat. Team work wash shinning bright that night as busy as they was with live music. I was there Wednesday May 13th with a few friends watching the game service was horrified horrible. lounge was awesome first time there but the service given was the worst, it was like the lady there didn't wanna be bother with anyone in there. like why be hospitality if you don't like service or talking to people. one of my friend had to repeatedly ask for the same drink 5 times because she forgot. how is that possible. won't be back unless I called ahead to make sure that lady ain't there because she is horrible, she need to be fire.

Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge is a solid spot with a very comfortable environment and great seating. The lounge itself is relaxed and inviting, and the chairs are especially comfortable, making it a good place to sit back and enjoy a cigar. My main personal preference issue is with the layout of the humidor and cigar selection. I tend to prefer cigar lounges where you can walk into a humidor and browse the cigars directly. At Tailored Smoke, many of the cigars are kept behind the bar, which makes it feel a bit more like a bar-first setup rather than a cigar lounge-first experience. That said, the atmosphere is still enjoyable, and the comfort of the space really stands out. While the selection presentation isn’t my ideal style, the overall experience is still good if you’re looking for a relaxed place to smoke.

Was looking to end my short trip to Concord with a nice cigar, stopped in at Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge. Staff and atmosphere was excellent, nice relaxing spot to enjoy a cigar, huge selection too.

Went there recently for the first time. New to the area so looking for a good smoke spot. I’ve been following them for awhile on IG. Highly disappointed! I only gave them 2 stars because they have an amazing bar. First, its like a doggone assembly line once you enter. You cant pick your own cigars because they are encased BEHIND the counter. You cant even stand in front of the glass to see what you might be interested in. So while you're standing there getting the details of what cigars they have and don't have, people are still entering and squeezing by because of the roped off line. SMH. So its $10 for a day pass or $25 to become a member (i was told its a members only spot). You cant bring your own sticks. Most people buy one or two sticks at a lounge AND smoke their own. THEN, they have a live band every Friday. All Tabletop's were reserved. The couch areas were too large and not arranged properly, too open.And all taken. They’re not utilizing their space. So we had to stand to smoke and drink. I’ve NEVER been to a cigar lounge and had to stand to smoke. EVERY cigar lounge I’ve ever been to provides folding chairs for extra seating. This place does not. Now if u know u have a bigger crowd on certain nights for whatever reason. Put out more tabletops to accommodate people. Good concept but not executed correctly. I wanted to like to like this spot because of their proximity to where I reside AND that its Black owned and patronized. Pay to get in, smoke only their sticks, buy drinks, stand to smoke & drink. I will not be returning. I guess I will continue to go into Uptown until I find something closer.
