The staff is great. It seems a lot of the negative reviews come from people who show up with bad attitudes or something. I've never had an issue with anyone that works at this store and I've never seen them be rude or disrespectful to anyone either.

I have been here many times as it is on the way home from work. I have never had a bad experience. I have met with 5+ of the employees there and every one of them were super cool each going above and beyond what they needed to making sure I get the most out of my points and answering any questions I had. Always recommending solid choices with vapes or anything I ask them about. I was pretty shocked to see the someone complaining about their customer service which looks like they used someone else’s account to write something similar twice. Remember respect goes both ways. If you come in with a good attitude and are polite, I am sure you will get the same experience that I have had through the past year or so.

Bad customer service… it say they open at 6:30 but didn’t open until 8 smh got to do better or have better people to open the store

The manager Hannah is very rude to customers. Most of the other employees there except for the newly hired ones has the same nasty attitude as the manager and they really need to be replaced. I'm going to contact the better business better bureau about all of the nonsense going on at this store, like selling old outdated products.
