Took this after waiting to see if someone was still in there & opening the doors up, however that didn’t happen. Just paid to uber here for important items, I’m very loyal to small businesses ,prefer ti spend my little money I have within the community. But if cannot rely on information given on hours we’re stuck & then have to go elsewhere, and pay uber even more to do so. A $15 dollar favorite store run just turned into $45 due to the transportation. I understand that the landlord has always been difficult about their ability to have sufficient hours to serve the growing community (esp with the new truck stop built , the hours between when your company’s listing of what they are which says 10:30 & weekends 11:00. *im aware that the landlord’s not permitted to be open past 9, unfortunately between 9-11pm esp weekends that truck stop, restaurant etc etc literally ALL would/have to spend their money here in your store as it’s the only one nearby. The ratio on what you’d pay a worker 2hours of pay vs the monies that get spent in the busiest hours 8-11pm is drastically profit. I know that the store has had its website active on search engines & the hours have been wrong ALL along, I used to have to message the store just to confirm it’s open. Was told umpteen times they’ve since upgraded the hours online with new ownership/management. So I still aim for 9pm even though I’m looking right at it saying 10:30pm. I wasn’t able to get an up close picture of the posted hours as there is no posting of hours in the stores doors or windows, meaning you kinda HAVE to rely on looking up their hours(2025, that’s where supposed to be trusted information comes from these days) but again I’ve been spending my money here loyally since the grand opening. I made sure to arrive BEFORE 9pm. And ALL the lights were already off, not just locked up but even the wall cages were shut and if I’m correct either another customer came as well since it was before 9, that person was also confused. What I purchase from this store I’m not able to find ANYWHERE else here in Fayetteville / haymount area. PLEASE UPDATE THE HOURS , IF ITS NO LONGER 9PM AND IS 8PM THATS A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE. And for service of its loyal clientele, if it’s 8,9,10,whatever time , good service is being OPEN until the hour it is scheduled to close. We cannot gauge if someone closes down even 10 mins early , getting outta work at 9, left early to get here before 9. Otherwise to answer anyone’s remark about “ try not going to the store around closing the time “ NO! Some of us don’t have a choice! I leave my work in my uber only 5 mins away at 8:40pm. And totally shut down. It’s now turned into a 45 min & $45+ dollar trip home. All for 2 boxes of something I can only purchase at your location. Since day 1. Thanks in advance for updating everything. I was told that the hours WERE updated but I know the landlord won’t allow past 9 so I knew google etc & the stores website was inaccurate. So still came before closing time of 9pm.

This place was wonderful, awesome prices if they don’t have it they will get what you need!! Awesome people they were so nice and sweet very helpful!! I recommend this store to any and everyone!!

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! They willingly let their customers get towed when visiting the store. They have an agreement with Grease Monkey Towing to take cars away from the lot without notice. If you need a vape go to any of the hundreds of other vape shops in town

Great store over all! Whoever is behind the counter is always attentive and will help you out as much as possible, I’ve never had an issue with any staff! My only complaint is that every now and then I’ll get a faulty product. Usually they would take care of me but recently I saw signs saying they once a product leaves the store, it can’t be returned. So make sure you really test out your product (hitting it, charging it, etc) before you leave! Other than that, this place is amazing

Overall bad experience. I've bought 3 vapes here and none lasted past a day with there 20$+ price tags. Upon speaking to the owner he was raising his voice and being hostile before I could even get past the fact they didn't work. Overall skip this place. There's 30+ tobacco stores in Fayetteville with much better selections that also sell reliable working vapes
