Always professional and straightforward. While working in the area my wife and I would come in at night during the week (while on break from work) the past few months and typically the same gentleman would be working. He always greets us in a good mood and courteous mannerism. Offers insights and information on the vapes and other items we would look at or purchase and uphold a friendly conversation. Lets us know about sales and deals they are offering and uses other customer’s recommendations to help with our own selection. The prices are reasonable and competitive with other popular local businesses. The stamp card is great also if you’re purchasing multiple vapes. The owner likes having steady inventory so the selection is top notch. If you’re in the area and looking for authentic items at fair prices, we couldn’t recommend this place more!

Made the mistake of trying a place closer to my house and realized quickly why I love you guys! Not only the best prices in town but the customer service is amazing! As an older adult with vision and nerve damage that effects my hands, they are extremely kind and helpful. They remember what my regular purchases are and always take the time to tell me about new products and better pricing! If you are looking for a family owned shop, run don't walk, to Cloud Vape!!

This shop is awesome I drive all the way from the other side of town just to come here they got the best vape products in town hands down. The store is clean and the staff is great really like that they open early.

Best store, best prices, best customer service. Its very clean, and welcoming, has everything u need.

This place has always served me well, the employees are great, the owner is great, they make anything happen for the sake of the customer, i will never not shop here for my nicotine needs, probably one of the most honest establishments in fayettenam. 10/5 stars ❤️
