Thank you Cloud Vape on Yadkin Dr! Made the mistake of trying a this business because it was closer to home. No other customers in the store and their machine was not working to tap pay. Cashier was rude and treated me like I was trying to scam them. Never again. Went over to Cloud Vape on Yadkin and gave me my products for same price and lower than here so I spent an extra 100 there as thank you and tipped my Uber driver 40.00 for her patience and kindness.I will spend my money at a places that appreciate paying customers and yall can keep your 3 customers playing slots for your business needs.

The shop itself is amazing. They just got a lot more inventory and cool new items. The way the shop is set up, makes everything easy to locate and it’s clean. As for the workers, it’s definitely not what it used to be. You can tell the morning shift worker has no clue what he’s doing and has never worked in a vape shop. He does not care about the way he speaks to customers and overall, is not helpful. As for the second/third shift workers, they are great. The energy in the store is always amazing. The girls keep it smelling good and have a cozy atmosphere. Most importantly, they know their stuff and how to speak to customers. Id rate this store a 6/10 overall. Any advice I could give is do not come here in the morning if you need additional help with your purchase.

Good prices and customer service. One of my favorite stops in the Ville.

Has a wide range of products, good prices, and some of the employees are pretty cool. However, for the ones that aren't they need more customer service training. I understand that it's a smoke shop, but certain things shouldn't be allowed in a smoke shop.

Awesome smoke shop but they care more about the sale than the customer. I go in every other day and they don’t have what I’m looking for. Their reason is “someone buys the entire box every time we get one in.” So if I understand correctly it seems like they don’t care about the 10-20 customers that come in looking for that product they would rather sell to THAT ONE customer. Idk about you but I’d rather disappoint 1 selfish customer than to lose 10-20 customers due to that 1 customer.
