I come here often and will continue to do so. Mario is so kind and not only values your business but makes you feel valued as a person. If I ever have questions about any products he has a great knowledge base. Not to mention the vape prices are the best around town. Wonderful and consistent customer service. I only go to BS tobacco and I always go in the morning to see Lexi. She is by far one of the best cashiers and knows all the product very well. I cannot rave about her enough. This girl needs a promotion.!!!

I am SO impressed! I received an e-cig as a gift and I was unsure how to fill, etc. I also had a different one I had purchased about a year ago to help me quit smoking. I took both into the store and they not only showed me how to fill them, he cleaned both tanks, showing me as he did it, he replaced the coil and helped me pick out liquid. He never made me feel rushed, even when other customers came in the store. They are not only friendly and helpful but they know about their product! Great prices and AWESOME customer service!

I walked OUT of this place an unsatisfied customer and I will not be sharing my dollars with them. Today, I stopped by this shop for the 1st time with the intention of purchasing a particular item. A man behind the counter was helping me review the item when another customer came in and felt he was entitled enough (more than me) to take the shopkeeper's attention away. Mr. shopkeeper turned back to me only when I took a stand and took my place in line (FIRST!) back, but he again turned away to help the SECOND customer (who was buying no more than I, not that it should matter). I stood & waited for a minute then proceeded to leave. I guess that got his attention. He looked at me as I was walking out and asked, "You're leaving?" Duh! I replied, "No one is helping me." Even then, he couldn't find the good customer service person inside to remedy this obvious issue. ONE star. ZERO dollars. My money went to a shop up the road where nice young lady assisted me and sold me my item. I left this place with a frown, went to a much better place, and am now grinding with a smile.

Love this place. The customer service is excellent. Friendly. Great selection. Stopped going to the one at the food lion shopping center cause they had the WORST customer service and the store stunk so bad. This place is completely different. I am super grateful I had another option just across the street.
