Both stars are for the employees. I recently purchased 2 of the same item at 75 dollars apiece that should have 10 pieces per. One had 8 and a crumb. The other had 9 period. Not a huge deal, stuff happens. Returned to purchase more items, brought the discrepancy up to the employee. I didn't ask for anything free, I was just bringing up the issue because it is an issue and simply asked if I could open the item upon purchase to ensure I receive what I bought (it's not unheard of, shops do it for vapes all the time to make sure they're functional and you get what you pay for). I was told "no, the boss/owner knows about this and it's a distributor/manufacturer issue, not his and there's nothing he's willing to do". Fine, you're free to feel that way, but it isn't the manufacturer I'm shopping at, you're who I'm shopping with and selling something you don't believe in or not willing to back and placing all of the "gamble" on your customers makes it clear you couldn't care less about the people keeping the lights on. I don't ask for anything for free and I don't play petty "Karen" games. I just want my money to buy 100% of an item as advertised. I'm easy to please, I see item, I buy item without argument or haggling. I'll happily go out of my way from now on. Good luck in the future, I wish your staff nothing but the best

my favorite vape shop in Johnston County for all the items available that one expects at a top-tier vape and tobacco store. excellent prices, excellent attentive and knowledgeable staff, and a clean spacious store to top things off a full custom humidor for all the cigar enjoyers. it's always hard to find a good vape shop that becomes "your store" that you inevitably stop by multiple times every month ... which is why I took the time to make a Google review and let everyone know. go to A1 vapor. thank me later.

Every time I go in there I have a good time everybody's always nice and always will and help....

Erick and Jade are the best! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products! They keep the store nice and clean too!

Was truly 5⭐️ when Megan was there! She was the best and always kept my favorites well stocked. I miss her.
