the lady that works here has one of the worst customer service attitudes i’ve come across. don’t recommend coming here if she’s here. i didn’t even buy what i needed because she was so rude before i even picked out what i needed. all i did was ask about what inventory they had.

This is the best smoke shop around don’t go anywhere else!

Good, in-stock inventory. Associate was helpful. The price, for what I purchased, was actually cheaper here, than at other local competitors. Overall, very pleased & highly recommend.

Cleveland Tobacco is honestly the best spot I’ve been to in a while. They’ve got such a great selection—like, everything you could want. The staff? Super cool and actually know their stuff. They didn’t rush me or anything, just helped me find exactly what I wanted and even suggested a few things I wouldn’t have thought to try. The vibe in the store is chill, and the prices are totally reasonable. If you’re into tobacco or cigars, you’ve gotta check this place out. I’m already planning my next visit!

Love this store! These guys are great! The selection here is amazing, soooo many drinks and snacks to choose from as well as the best selection of vape and tobacco products. Keep up the good work!
