Called regarding a certain product/products. Didnt even get to finish what I was saying before getting rudely cut off and told he never has had that product to begin with. Which is cool but a little professionalism goes a long way.

Ive been going here for almost a year now, and I have 0 complaints. He has such a wide variety of flavors for the E-cigs. I love my E-Hookah, ive bought 2. He always takes the time to help me decide what I want and helps me with things when I have questions. He will trade something out for me if its not working correctly. Great service and great products.

Checked their hours and says 9. So called at 7:50 to make sure they were open that late. Was told they closed at 8 and asked if I could just run in for a vape that I was a min away at the stop light. Worker then wants to say oh I’ve already locked up. sad that the hours are wrong online. But very disappointed that they couldn’t at least wait a min for me to get there since they said 8. Must not need sales that bad. Will definitely be going to another store from now on
