Purchased defective $10 item. Clerk called manager who "offered" to sell me a new one. Just wanted to exchange for operable item. Would suggest evaluating this business practice. A 1-star review is probably worth more than 10 bucks.

Not impressed at all. I came because I seen reviews were good. Clean store smell pleasant The gentleman was stocking and totally into his work. Didn't seemed interested in helping me at all. I even apologized for bothering him. Very rude. I only asked 2 questions and that was 2 too many. I won't be back. I don't recommend.

Love this place and all the ladies that work here! They always recommend new products and flavors whenever I come in which is so helpful since I can never decide what I want. They also have really good prices! I refuse to shop anywhere else!

Sold me stale nasty product. Walked right back in and showed them because the package didnt feel right. All of them she pulled from the bin were nasty and hard. Out the door less than 30 seconds and opened walking in the door to show them and they would not swap it out. I would recommend shopping somewhere else because they do not offer fresh quality products. Sad really that you would do this to a long time customer.

Don’t ever buy anything from those guys, the cigarettes are dry and been there for ages. I spoke to the cashier and gave here the pack I just bought and she agreed it is very dry and old. Management said we can’t do Anything for you. I had that happened a while back with another store he took it of the shelves and he said will return it to the warehouse. They just want to steal my money specially it is an expensive cigarette. Also one other person was returning his Vap because is old and leaking.
