My husband went there yesterday to get me a Geek Bar vape, they did not have my kind so I got this kind, not exact flavor mine was cool mint but it was the Geek Bar Mate, well I opened the box and the battery said 100, I took a hit and it went down to like 80 something. Then I took another hit and it went down to 74 percent on the battery, clearly something was wrong. Also when I hit it with the battery attached the battery percentage would not go off, and I watched as the battery number continued to go down, so i had my husband take it back up there, ( he is well known in that job) they exchange which I was grateful for but now my new one is doing the same exact thing!!!!!! the battery is not running low like it was but where it shows the battery % it will not go off for ALONG TIME after I hit it, just like the one I return before, and I watch as the battery goes down as its lit up. I believe these are faulty and I would not recommend buying them or if someone can give me some tips on why it's doing this or what? I have charged it to 100 this morning and its already at 94%. If I take a small hit it will go away quickly but If I take a big hit it stays lit for like a minute or 2 and the battery drains...

The store is fine. I've bought from them before. I personally right now at this time would say skip the cheap pre rolls. It was like smoking through a brick. The more expensive ones are fine. I would give a 5 star because there would be a bad batch every now and then and that's understandable. The 4 is because I noticed them arguing with the reviewers in the reviews. That's not going to get you anywhere. That's very bad taste. Plus you're arguing with pot heads and that's like talking to a wall.

STAY AWAY!! They are thieves. I bought a $400 electronic device threat did not power up. Both employees told the owner it did not work, but he declined to give me a refund. Said he could have one in “a week or so”. THEY HAVE THE DEVICE AND MY MONEY. I have nothing. Go to Smokey Shay’s on spring garden. Way more knowledgeable, better pricing and not run by crooks. Owner really has an attitude as others have mentioned. Read the other reviews and you will see his responses to other customers.

use to be my spot went in this morning the trans boy who always sees me come in decided to randomly ask for my id just to buy a lighter weird guess i won’t be coming back since he’s saying they id every single time now lol just for a lighter when he’s already seen my id and ive been coming for over a year

The owner of these shops does an amazing job at keeping everything clean cut and of quality. If there are any harsh negative reviews, I can 100% guarantee you those people have personal issues. I have received top tier service and have watched others be treated kindly as well. Every employee I have met has been wonderful! Jade on Elmsley is the absolute best and deserves a raise. I love her vibe! Seems like she’s always there lol. These are the best smoke shops in North Carolina. Ap***eca is pretty but charge much more for less desirable items. Their guys have all the knowledge but just not a full great range of products like Clouds does. Thank you everyone for the service I have received for the past year! Loyalty program please 🙏🏽
