My wallet had been missing for almost three months, and when they found it, they didn’t just leave it at that. They took the initiative to look for my phone number and address so they could get in touch with me and return it. That kind of honesty, effort, and customer service is hard to find these days. Suzi was an absolute delight! We are from out of town and had some questions that she promptly and was very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at. Her exceptionally sales techniques and wonderful personality made the shopping experience a cut above! Definitely going back to that location.

How many people have this company ripped off that can not do math. I tried to order a product that costs 29.99. They call me, tell me shipping was just under 7 dollars, then tell me the total is over 50 dollars. Tried to blame it on tax, but 8% which is .5 percent higher than tax here, added onto 37 dollars is certainly not over 50 bucks, it should be barely UNDER 40, this is unacceptable and I will be contacting the NC department of revenue to have this company thoroughly audited, any money they have collected beyond the sales tax needs to not only be handed over to the state, but also prosecuted in a court of law, therefore I will also contact the NCDOJ for criminal charges to be levied on behalf of consumers. No cuss words were used, I will add to my DOJ complaint defamation of character.

Not sure why grown adults are upset about being carded at a place that LEGALLY requires you to have ID, or why theyre being so hard on people that may be new on the job, but none of that requires a 1 star review or nasty comments. In my experience the staff is very friendly and conversational as long as you are! I would like to give a shoutout to Nairobi specifically because she was super helpful. I just needed some essentials (grinder and RAW terp infused cones) but she still showed me the huge selection of unique glass that they offer at this location as well as cool merch and gift ideas. She also showed me the $5 Dab Bar. It was nice to demo the Puffco Proxy 2.0. Definitely should swing by Scrambled or Hops afterward. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back for a new glass piece and imported snacks. Thanks a lot yall please keep up the good work!
