Absolutely the worst customer service! Bought disposable explained that it was making a crackling noise that should not be told the cashier she said it was normal and refused to exchange it. It's not normal left the device started going off on its own brought it to the store explained the situation and the cashier didn't care he said that 40% of disposables don't work. So I out 23 dollars for a bad vape really!!! Do not waste your money here.

Just had the most wild customer service experience ever. Walked in and said hey to two girls standing behind the counter who never responded. Was the only customer in the store and stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes while 2 girls standing behind it continued to count inventory.
