I’m a long time customer, been coming in for maybe 3-4 years. Anyways tonight I called for price check on an in demand item, and I was told that I needed to come in the store to check the price, laughed at then hung up on. I don’t think I need to explain how rude that is, it’s unprofessional and unwarranted. This is coming from someone who doesn’t complain or call repeatedly to act like a Karen. Not to mention if the guys in the store feel like they can be disrespectful towards people calling for legitimate reasons, why would any person willingly do business with those guys? It gives a bad impression and hurts the good reputation of Zs. Clients beware!

I had a really bad experience here. The customer service was terrible and the prices are way higher compared to other shops nearby. This isn’t even the first time. A friend of mine had the same issue as well. I honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here. There are much better options around.

The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products—from premium cigars to quality rolling tobacco and accessories. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, offer recommendations, and make sure I left with exactly what I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great products and top-notch service.

Gave this place another shot and still had the same experience. Overpriced products, poor customer service, and some items didn’t seem authentic. It even felt like the staff were talking about me. This wasn’t my first bad experience here, and nothing has changed. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was doing a very legal shift gig through a reputable app I’ve been using for years when I followed my instructions to this shop. I’m disabled and wanted to earn some extra money for my children’s Christmas. I’ve included a screenshot of the gig app but marked out my employer. I took two pictures inside the store. I have an option to log that they’d rather not have pictures taken, but instead the man working there demanded my phone. I handed it to him so he could see and explained that I didn’t have any pictures on my phone and I wouldn’t submit any. He then deleted the entire app for logging from my phone (I’ve included a screenshot of the logging app home screen as well) and told me not to come back as if I was doing something nefarious. That’s all fine and well but this man CAME OUT TO MY CAR. I wouldn’t roll down the window so he began hurling insults at me telling me to “get a job” and saying how “ugly” I am. I gave him the finger and called him a psycho but honestly I was scared he was going to hurt me. I had no idea I was doing anything wrong, sometimes I’ll take a picture to show my partner what they have or something like that but I was completely cooperative when he didn’t want photos taken at all. Instead of communicating with me like an adult, he snapped and was unnecessarily and threateningly aggressive…I didn’t deserve that treatment and wouldn’t recommend supporting this business. I will carry mace with me from now on if I ever do another of these shifts again.
