As a loyal customer who has supported this shop multiple times a week, I feel it’s important to highlight a critical flaw in the way this business is being managed. A successful retail operation thrives on consistency and reliability — qualities this shop has chosen to abandon. One of the most fundamental principles of business is that you do not eliminate products with proven customer demand. Yet, despite steady sales, the owners have discontinued carrying Not Your Son’s THC flower, an item we and many others have repeatedly purchased over the past several months. Instead of fostering loyalty by keeping high-demand items in stock, the store cycles through products endlessly, offering an ever-changing lineup with no clear standard. From a consumer standpoint, this practice creates frustration and erodes trust. Customers should not feel like they are constantly “testing out” unfamiliar products of uncertain quality, especially when they’ve already identified and supported products they know they want. From a business standpoint, this strategy is shortsighted — it undermines repeat business, reduces customer retention, and ultimately threatens long-term viability. We value consistency and reliability in where we choose to spend our money, and unfortunately, this shop no longer aligns with those values. Because of these inconsistent and unsustainable practices, we will be seeking out another store that understands the importance of carrying products their customers actually come back for.

The staff is wonderful always polite and always helpful they also give good advice on the products!!! But the one thing I don’t like is the selection of THCA is small and the prices are high and sometimes the product sucks do more research and get better products for a cheaper price!👎

Nice shop. Definitely not in a sketchy location (for real, no sarcasm). Great variety and selection of recreational inhalers and edibles, wet and dry glassware, nicks and nacks, incense, et cetera. They do a springtime raffle every year (for at least the past couple of years, anyway). Offers frequent shopper credits ($5 and $10, both able to be stockpiled, but only one redeemable per purchase). Super helpful sales attendants, very patient, very kind, only recommending things appropriately similar to what the customer asks about (not pushy, no brazen upselling). 10/10 would recommend.

Just went by this store for the first time last week and was beyond happy with the help I received! I was welcomed in by Jalen who is the friendliest guy I've ever met! He is very knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly what I'm looking for even though my explaining for what I needed was quite vague. Had a smile on his face the whole time! Such a great fit for the store!! Give this guy a raise, he deserves it!
