Great customer service, Ali is real cool

They are a great place to go for all tobacco needs. I'm giving only 4.stars because I had my 2 year old on my shoulders and they said he couldn't come in. I would understand if he was older but he is 2. I told her I wouldn't be long I just needed one thing and I would leave there wasn't anyone in the store. And I even said he would stay on my shoulders and wouldn't get down she said no. My husband wasn't with me so I couldn't leave him in the car. It was my last stop from a day with just me and my son.

Fair prices, love the 2 beautiful ladies I met so far. Second visit the beautiful lady helping me wrote down info and checking to see if they can get my favorite cigarettes. Very accommodating.

New assistant Manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, prejudice, and is an extremely poor representation of this company. Especially this for this location. Been a loyal customer till today. Management should fire this character.

Tried to buy 3 tubes of tobacco on 4-21-19 at 12.20 pm and they did not or would not take a 100.00 dollar bill. I was trying to spend 45.00 they only owed me 55.00 change. The clerk told me it would take all of her change. I think that this is pretty poor for a so called chain store. I wonder if the owner knows. I also wonder if the owner knows food lion sales stokers for 14.46 per. tube. I walked straight down the sidewalk and bought it and they had no problem making change.
