This store is AMAZING. The woman who works here, Veronica is so sweet. So welcoming, she truly cares and asks about the family, kids and all. This is the cleanest smoke shop I have EVER been in. You can tell she puts the time, energy and effort into this store. Shes good at helping people with deals. They have vapes on sale 2/$35 or 2/$40 depending on the brand. If shes out of something, she's quick to have a recommendation. She takes the time to know her customers. I've frequented a few smoke shops and this one is far ABOVE others. The store is full and well organized. If anything she needs a raise thats for sure! Shes phenomenal! The girl who works her days off, shes sweet just quiet. I make a trip to see if Veronica's working or not!

Long term customer, can't deny after Red was let go the customer service has gone down hill. Every time I arrive, there's a sign on the door saying they'll be back in whatever amount of time, this has happened the last few times I've come up and I know there's a lot of sales being lost. Some of the girls are real sweet and on top of things, the newer ones are kind of slacking and rude. Sucks to see a bright place go downhill like this. Hoping some changes are made as I've seen a lot of similar complaints here in the reviews.

I was recommended to give this shop a try by a friend. I’m a person of habit so trying somewhere new made me a little anxious. That anxiety went away the very first visit. The staff is so welcoming and they create a wonderful atmosphere. I am horrible with names but the red haired woman has an awesome personality and is very knowledgeable about all different products and she has yet to stir me wrong with a new recommendation. There is also a young woman with longer dark hair she was a pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10 this will be my sole smoke shop. Their rewards program is also by far the best. Saves me a ton a money

I came here 10 mins before close last night and the door was locked and the girl working ignored me. I get here 10 mins after y'all supposed to be open. And no one is here.... I don't want to have to buy a vape elsewhere and this is getting old. Y'all hiring or something?
