Bought a defective vape. Lights were on but it was hitting burnt. I had left and took the loss. Went in and bought another one not even 5 minutes later. This one was also defective. Was told they don’t accept returns or exchanges because it was not defective. They only accept returns on vapes that don’t turn on or have no juice at the start. Down $50 with 2 vapes that don’t work. I’ve never had a problem with this store until now. The young girl with a child in the store working was not nice about the situation.

I walked into this joke of a place this afternoon and purchased a vape. Little did I know by the time I got home I looked and it was expired by almost a year. We didn’t use it so I called this place up to see if there was anyway I can exchange or refund or whatever just to be told that once you leave the store that can’t be done. Ridiculous, robbed of $25. Don’t shop here , just go to Dragon Vape if you don’t feel like throwing away money. Absolutely insane they’ll sell expired vapes and still enforce a mindless policy.

Absolutely the best customer service by far, will go the extra steps to make sure that he has what you need and always always puts the customer first and is always very personable and friendly... will definitely be getting all of our business.. thank you Naanz.. It’s always something with this shop. They got rid of their rewards program, everything in this shop is $5 extra than any other shop around, and now they are closed on Sunday. Save yourself some cash and go to Lenoir or granite. Granite has a great rewards program

I call and ask if you have raz pod juice in 100 mil bottles. You say yes. I ask if you have watermelon flavors. You give me a list. I think it's interesting and worth the drive. I get there and there is only the crappy cotton candy flavor. If you don't know the product your selling maybe don't open a vape shop for customers seeking out a specific brand and flavor so no time and effort is wasted.
