I came in after getting ripped off for the last time by Juul brands. I told the younger gentleman my predicament, how NJoy Ace, my daily driver for 6 years, was suddenly discontinued, and how terrible the quality and price of Juul pods were, etc. I didn't catch his name, he was wearing a Jackson Hole hoodie, but the man who helped me was very attentive. He listened to my desire for a solid economy device, with a focus on minimizing leakage and shoddy coils/pods. He suggested the Vaporesso Xros 5 Mini, I agreed, and we moved on to the juice. The device is working perfectly, the strength and quality of the juice is much better than what I had been getting, there is no leakage or malfunction thusfar, the device feels heavy and good quality, and I now have at least a months worth of vapor for $70 including the device, $16.99 for the next 30ml. I just wanted to write a review and say I appreciate the good faith hospitality/customer service, especially with the context of being treated poorly by other vape companies and most companies in general. Just stopped smoking cigs a couple weeks ago and have been on disposables but the manager Jake gave me so much info and calculating it myself the juices with a mod is actually way cheaper, so I'll def be back. He had no problem the fact I hardly knew anything and was very patient for all my questions

Please get new staff everyone here is annoying in some way or another. Also the prices are awful one night I couldn't get here in time showed me other shops have way cheaper prices! And stop trying to get people to set up an account after we've said we don't want one its pushy and predatory!!!
