I had a great experience at this store. The staff are very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The service is excellent, and they always make customers feel welcome. I really appreciate their hard work and kindness. I highly recommend this place!

I bought a Geek Bar vape from them, and after 40 minutes of use, it started hissing. I had to turn it off completely after each puff so that no air would get in. Even when I wasn't vaping, it would turn on by itself and start hissing. Then I put it on charge, and after charging, it stopped working altogether. When I bought a Geek Bar vape at another store in Matthews, I never had such problems.

I used to love this place. There have been a few employees that rotate in and out of this place and for the most part they have all been great. The newest gentleman working is awful. Very rude. I spend a lot of money weekly in this place. I won't give my money to people who treat me poorly. I won't be back. There is a great smoke shop on Old Monroe Rd

This Vape and Smoke shop is awesome. One of the best around. It’s a smaller shop but a variety of items to choose from. Every time I go the owner is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The other worker there is very friendly and helpful as well. They have great deals and even helped me out when I had a mishap with one of my items not being toward my liking. Great shop!

Abdul is always friendly and if you come in enough he always remembers your face and what your there for! I always get a new vape flavor and he is so excited to show me what's new. Thank you for being the best place around
