DO NOT BUY CIGARS FROM THIS PLACE!!! Yesterday I bought what I thought would be a nice Oliva G series. The moment I punched it the end blew out and wouldn't draw air. Needless to say the cigar was very dry and ruined. I went to the store today and asked if they would refund the purchase and the lady behind the counter said they aren't supposed to do that. I then asked if the bad product could be exchanged and she said no and I would have to talk to the boss. I asked where the boss was and the response was i don't know. I asked if we can call the boss and they either couldn't or wouldn't make the call. My final comment was that if we cannot find a solution, then I would have to go on social and write about the experience. The response I received from the associate working was a complete dismissal and a head shake. Sorry, but that was a terrible response to a customer. To summarize, this store sells bad products, will not exchange or refund, and their solution was to offer 10% off another purchase. Yes please, I would love to buy another dried out nasty cigar. DO NOT BUY CIGARS FROM THIS PLACE!!! I would love to have management respond to this post, but it looks like no one responds or cares about the customer service here. Very unfortunate. However, if management does respond and possibly offer a solution I would love to update my review.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The #1 smoke shop with the best deals especially on all of their prerolls in town, this is mine and the wife's favorite smoke shop in Kernersville and we go here 99% of the time because all other smoke shops in Kernersville are not great at all and are way too overpriced on their cigarettes and 420 products.....this location always has mine and the wife's #6 brand cigarettes for $2.99 or our 2 packs of cigarettes for $7.00, plus all of my other needs and they always carry the best 420 prerolls in town and the staff here are always fast to get in new shipment when they start to run low and or out of products here also unlike alot of other tobacco stores EVEN THE MAIN OWNER IS COOL AND VERY FRIENDLY...if your here and your 420 friendly I highly suggest the full sized 2 pack of Zours strawberry watermelon indica prerolls for $7.99 each, they are the best at always getting in tons of great new products weekly!!! NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS TOBACCO STORE.....me and my wife loves the great customer service from the older lady with glasses who wears all of the Harley Davidson attire into work, she is awesome and always takes good care of us upon every visit......THIS STORE GETS A 5 STAR REVIEW FROM BOTH ME AND THE WIFE ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

🚨 DO NOT BUY kratom from this store. I bought some here 2 days ago & got beyond sick. I brought the bag back to tell them & exchange for a new bag and he refused to trade me out for my bag that made me sick and refused a refund. I was a regular customer before this & will never be back.
